RocketFuel Volleyball Club is proud to be an Adidas exclusive club for the 2018-19 Season!
Girls who who “make a team” will become part of a travel group of volleyball athletes who participate in tournaments locally, regionally, and sometimes, nationally - depending on ability.
Placement on a travel team is not guaranteed. However, every girl has a place with RocketFuel whether it’s on an elite team or with our house leagues.

If a player is offered an elite position, $350 is due upon acceptance, and will apply toward total cost. The $25 tryout fee is also applied. The reason for the upfront cost is so that we may order uniforms, equipment and start securing tournament dates.
Players who cannot attend the Nov 17 tryout MAY attend the Dec 1 one, and vice versa. We prefer pre-registration, but will accept players at the door. ALL PLAYERS MUST SHOW PROOF OF USAV MEMBERSHIP. You may view your USAV age HERE.
Players selected to play on travel teams will be either on local or regional to start. National teams will be chosen during season and will be by invitation only.

NATIONAL ELITE $2000*
*NOTE: National Elite teams will be formed during the season as “All Star” type teams. Only select players will be chosen to go on to national tournaments. Dues paid for Local/Regional teams will apply to the total cost listed here.

WHY DOES IT COST SO MUCH?
The biggest expenses for club volleyball are your daughter’s uniform pieces, coach pay, their travel accommodations, and the cost of tournament entry fees. Tournaments are expensive! We often go to two-day tournaments that are out of town. We will have some one-day tournaments, this year, as well. We recruit quality coaches, and we want them paid fairly for what they do. We are happy to cover their costs for getting properly certified to coach USAV volleyball, and we provide uniform elements for them to wear. Dues also go toward gym rental fees, equipment (balls, carts, nets, score keeping materials), and other administrative costs (website hosting, marketing, etc).

We are thrilled you are considering RocketFuel Volleyball Club. While we are the newest club to the area, starting our third season, we have quickly grown to be the largest. We have expanded from Shreveport/Bossier to Ruston and soon, to Natchitoches. One of the things we’re most proud of is our commitment to community and giving back. We have supported several area high school fundraising efforts and given generous donations to the volleyball programs. Our coaches speak to schools, run quality camps and clinics and even offer 1:1 training where available. We are striving to be a year-round program that offers volleyball opportunities for all ages and abilities.
In just two short years, RocketFuel Volleyball Club has hosted more than 700 girls. More than 20 high schools and middle schools in Caddo, Bossier, Lincoln and Natchitoches Parishes have been represented. We have had players travel from Southern Arkansas, East Texas, Monroe and Natchitoches for training.
Most of our coaches have played college volleyball, many at the D1 level. We have had coaches from several surrounding college visit our program - or host clinics with us, including: Centenary College, Louisiana Tech University, Grambling University, Cowley College, and Northwestern. Two women who played with RocketFuel Volleyball Club are now playing Division I volleyball. One at Louisiana Tech. One at Northwestern. We have another who is already committed to college for next year.
We believe in creating a positive, competitive learning environment. We want our teams to perform at a higher level and to achieve success. We also want the players to strengthen their skills, develop amazing friendships and create long-lasting memories.
